Recipe of the week! This week we have pollo a la cerveza (chicken in beer sauce). It’s a regular choice of mine provided we visit the right restaurant. You basically just need a big pot, it in incredibly easy to make. Perfect if you managed to nab yourself an apartment with a kitchen for a few days.
